Yöauringon maa on musiikin ja yöttömän yön juhla. Lapin kamariorkesterin vierailu Hiljaisuus-festivaalilla ja Ojanperän hallissa muuntaa arkisen hallin juhlavaksi konserttisaliksi. Tervetuloa!
Konsertiohjelmassa kuullaan musiikkia eri vuosisadoilta. Riemukkuus ja kukkaan puhkeava Lapin kesäyö kuuluvat eri säveltäjien teoksissa. Konserttiohjelman ovat suunnitelleet Lapin Kamariorkesterin johtaja John Storgårds sekä Hiljaisuus-festivaalin taiteellinen johtaja Lauri Sallinen.
Konsertin valaistus ja tilasuunnittelu tarjoilevat musiikin lisäksi konserttikokemukseen elementtejä, jotka tavanomaisesta konserttisalista puuttuvat. Yöauringon maa on osa monivuotista ja monitaiteista yhteistyötä Lapin Kamariorkesterin ja Hiljaisuuden välillä.

The Land of the Nocturnal Sun is a celebration of music and nightless nights. During Lapland Chamber Orchestra’s visit to the Silence Festival an ordinary tractor hall becomes transformed into a festive concert hall. Welcome!
The concert program includes music from different centuries. Exuberance and the blooming summer nights of Lapland feature in the works of different composers. The concert program has been put together by John Storgårds, director of the Lapland Chamber Orchestra, and Lauri Sallinen, artistic director of the Silence festival.
In addition to the music, the lighting and space design of the concert provide the concert experience with elements that are missing from a conventional concert hall. The Land of the Nocturnal Sun is part of a multi-year and multi-disciplinary collaboration between the Lapland Chamber Orchestra and the Silence Organisation.
